Amazon Kindle Fire vs Apple iPad 2 review comparison

Amazon Kindle Fire vs Apple iPad 2 review comparison. The Amazon Kindle Fire landed in 2011 to take on the iPad 2. Can Amazon’s super tablet take on the best selling tablet on the planet? We put the two head-to-head. In 2010, almost twelve months ago, the Apple iPad swaggered onto the stage and changed the way we viewed tablet computers forever. In the year that followed, it won Gadget of the Year at the T3 Awards 2010 and garnered a place on the tech world’s exclusive hall of fame. This ‘post PC’ device single-handedly re-shaped our expectations on how we wish to receive content and has potentially rejuvinated the entire publishing industry. What is the point of comparing these two? They are radically different. Why didn’t you compare the Fire against something that was similar to it? A playbook or something like that maybe. No way is the battle close to call. It is like comparing a Lexus hybrid to a Ferrari.
I love you guys but this is just silly.

this is isn’t even a challenge did you check the speeds!?!? or anything that is more inside then just the processors? these shouldnt even be compared. kindle is cheaper but not even close to what the iPad can do

How is it the biggest challenger? The kindle is a budget tablet whereas the iPad is a premium priced tablet. Only android tablets such as galaxy tab/ asus prime are in the same price bracket/ league as the iPad.

Do you know what the expected release date for the Fire is in the UK?
